The No 1238R knob draws to mind the complex yet restrained formalism of early Parisian modernism. The simple barrel shape is highlighted by a series of reveals and roped astragals topped with a single pronounced boss. Like many other handles, this knob can also be ordered with beaded detail or without adornment. Full mortise entry locks, privacy locks, passage latches, as well as tubular latches can be provided for use with this knob. The knob is available in all NANZ plated and patinated finishes and can be paired with alternative rose designs in varying degrees of ornamentation. Its diameter and projection measure 2-1/2”.

The No 1240 knob is a faceted version of the No 1004. The ogee profile of the face is mirrored on the underside of the knob and again on the face of the rose. The large bullnose molding around the edge is reflected in the ovolo at the edge of the rose. The design achieves an architectural monumentality, transforming traditional elements into a distinctly modern design. Full mortise entry locks, privacy locks, passage latches, as well as tubular latches can be provided for use with this knob. All NANZ plated and patinated finishes are available. The knob is provided in 2-1/2″ and 3″ diameters for doors, and is also available in 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/4″, and 1-1/2″ diameters suitable for cabinetry.

The No 1246 knob reflects the neo-gothic aesthetic in American architecture and design during the last decades of the 19th century and the first of the 20th. The elongated quatrefoil rose has two exposed screws. Recommended finishes include antique brass, pewter, dark oxidized bronze and burnished brass, though all NANZ finishes are available.

The No 1260 Federal style inspired knob features two carefully spaced quarter-round astragals circumscribed by a step motif. The wide circular rose with complementary detail has three exposed fasteners. Recommended finishes include satin nickel, burnished brass, dark oxidized bronze and polished nickel, though all NANZ finishes. are available.

The No 1305B Georgian knob has streamlined its more bulbous, 18th-century prototype. Refined moldings and beaded knurls within shallow steps adorn the updated knob. A cavetto molding at the base of the shank forms a transition to the rose, which has an ogee profile ringed by a beaded astragal. The knob is available in 2″, 2-1/4″, 2-1/2″, and 3″ in diameters, as well as smaller sizes suitable for cabinetry. Backplates for cabinet knobs are available upon request at an additional cost. Full mortise entry locks, privacy locks, passage latches and tubular latches can be provided for use with this knob. The classic simplicity of the knob is appropriate for period and contemporary interiors. It can be paired with a variety of rose designs.
