The No 1085R knob, designed by the firm of Jed Johnson and Alan Wanzenberg in 1992, exhibits Georgian proportions and molding details. A roped knurl rings circumference of the knob and another borders the sunken ogival face surmounted by a boss. The rose’s ogee profile, surrounded by a third roped detail, completes the motif. The knob can be provided in 2″, 2-1/4″, 2-1/2″, and 3″ diameters for doors, as well as in 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″, and 1-3/4” diameters suitable for cabinetry. The No 1086 traditional round knob is composed of a gently domed center surrounded by an ogee and ovolo, repeated on the face of the rose.
