The No 1240 knob is a faceted version of the No 1004. The ogee profile of the face is mirrored on the underside of the knob and again on the face of the rose. The large bullnose molding around the edge is reflected in the ovolo at the edge of the rose. The design achieves an architectural monumentality, transforming traditional elements into a distinctly modern design. This listing is for a dummy mounted knob with rose and dummy spindle.
