The No 1992 Edwardian ribbed knob, designed by Steven Sclaroff, draws its inspiration from ribbing popular in the late 19th century. The concentric ribs on the top surface break reflections into sharp rings of light and dark, continuing from the knob to the base of the rose. A clean solution for Victorian-inspired homes, the knob has the feel and scale of its predecessor without excessive ornament. Full mortise entry locks, privacy locks, passage latches and tubular latches can be provided for use with this knob. It is available in 2″, 2-3/8″, and 2-1/2″ and 3″ diameters, as well as 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/4″, and 1-1/2″ diameters suitable for cabinetry. The knob can be provided in all Nanz finishes, including burnished brass, dark oxidized bronze, silver plate and antique gold.
