The No 2020 lever, a gently domed, hand-wrought, stylized leaf, was designed for the Locust Valley residence of architect Harrie Lindeberg in 1917. The stem of the leaf forms a continuous curve with the shank, which joins the flaring oval rose with two exposed screws. The lever shows the influence of the American Arts and Crafts movement, which rejected the machine-produced in favor of the handmade. Available finishes include antique brass, dark oxidized bronze, pewter and burnished brass as well as a wide variety of other plated and patinated finishes. Various rose designs can be substituted with this handle.
