The No 2004 French Moderne lever, designed in the 1920s, was progressive for its reduction of form and elimination of all but essential ornament. At the same time, sinuous, tactile curves reminiscent of the Art Nouveau period characterize the design. The handle is suitable for a range of modern interiors. Recommended finishes include satin nickel, polished nickel, light antique brass, dark oxidized bronze and antique nickel, though all Nanz plated and patinated finishes are available. The No 2004 is available in an oversized version for entry door applications. A variety of roses can be substituted. The handle can be used with traditional full-mortise locksets or manufactured for use with multi-point doors and tilt & turn windows. The lever measures 4″ long with a projection of 2-1/8”.
