I authorize Nanz Custom Hardware, Inc. to charge my credit card for the total amount listed on the payment processing page. I understand and agree that this amount is a nonrefundable deposit or payment for custom-made parts, and is earned upon the processing of this payment. I further agree not to dispute this charge with my credit card company. In the event that this charge is canceled or disputed for any reason, I agree to wire the full payment to the account indicated on the payments page attached to the invoice within five (5) days and to reimburse Nanz Custom Hardware, Inc. for any fees incurred in recovering the payment, including reasonable attorney fees and collection costs. I confirm that I am authorized to use this credit card. Email accounting@nanz.com with any questions.
