The NANZ No 7800 series locks are the first to combine rare earth magnets and pneumatic springs. Unlike coil or leaf springs, pneumatic springs provide constant resistance resulting in an impressively consistent action. What’s more: they are infinitely adjustable to accommodate door knobs or lever handles of any size. As the magnetic latch passes the magnetized strike it secures the door. The No 7840 and No 7845 versions feature a privacy function activated by a thumb turn. Since the strike requires no lip and the latch is not beveled the locks are non-handed thereby simplifying specification. These unique features also allow the 7800 series locks to be fully concealed when the door is closed. All Nanz plated and patinated finishes are available. Please see our advertisement.
