The Nanz factory, located on Long Island, is a 50,000 square foot state-of-the-art plant, employing computer technology as well as traditional techniques. Nanz controls all aspects of manufacturing, from engineering, pattern making, casting, machining, chasing, plating, and finishing, to door-by-door packing and shipping. The factory is capable of producing an almost limitless variety of decorative and functional hardware. The production of each order is managed through a paperless network of control, which directly links Project Managers in Manhattan with the factory. Orders with even the most complex specifications are executed accurately, resulting in a 98% success rate of on-time delivery.
