The NANZ factory is located in Brooklyn, fifteen minutes from the company's Manhattan headquarters. The 25,000 square foot state-of-the-art plant, employing computer technology as well as traditional techniques, is capable of producing an almost limitless variety of decorative and functional hardware. NANZ is able to control all aspects of manufacturing, from engineering, pattern making, casting, machining, chasing, plating, and finishing, to door-by-door packing and shipping. The production of each order is managed through a paperless network of control, which directly links Project Managers in Manhattan with the factory. Orders with even the most complex specifications are executed accurately, resulting in a 98% success rate of on-time delivery.
