The No 1425 round, white porcelain knob surmounts a straight shank and a circular rose with rounded edge and three exposed screws. This knob is a contemporary version of the porcelain knobs popular in the 19th century for their ability to contribute to the richness and variety of materials in domestic interiors. Full mortise entry locks, privacy locks, passage locks, and tubular latches may be provided with this knob. The shank and rose are available in all Nanz plated and patinated finishes. It may be provided with alternative rose designs. The knob is also available in black. It has a diameter of 2-1/4'' with a projection of 2-1/4''.
